What is "Ladies of Harley"?

Ladies of Harley (LOH) is the group of female Harley Davidson enthusiasts promoting activities and adventures from within a local HOG chapter. The members of LOH run their own meetings and sponsor activities that both ladies and men can participate in. Ladies of Harley (L.O.H.) is a program sponsored by the Harley Owners Group® to support women motorcycle enthusiasts (both drivers and passengers). It is not a separate organization within H.O.G. ®, but was established to encourage women to become more active in H.O.G. and their local chapters.

Who is LOH?

LOH is any lady that (1) belongs to "National" HOG (full, lifetime or associate membership) (2) belongs to the Fox River HOG Chapter of St. Charles and (3) "most importantly" wishes to participate in the female forum. The members can be either driver or passenger as long as they are willing to participate a little or a lot.

When you register for L.O.H. (with National HOG), you will receive an embroidered patch and a pin. Each time you renew, you will receive a pin indicating the year of membership. You will be identified as a registered L.O.H. member by having the letters L.O.H on your H.O.G. card.

How do I join LOH?

Please contact our LOH officer. Alternatively, stop by a chapter general meeting, located at the Fox River H-D at 7 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

What is an "LOH Sponsored" event?

Events can be rides, activities (bowling, visiting downtown Chicago) or luncheons/dinners. All Chapter members are encouraged to attend. Events are listed on the Chapter Webpage tab "Events". Events are coordinated with the Chapter Activities Officer and follow the same type of "rating" as all HOG events, Closed, Member or Open. Closed events are open to chapter members and one guest per member, Member events are open only to HOG members and Open events are open to chapter, National HOG and other guests as desired.

National HOG "Ladies of Harley®" membership allows you to participate in all the L.O.H activities at various H.O.G. rallies and events. (These may include workshops, seminars, photos, and other special events).

The Fox River St. Charles Ladies of Harley are a group of dedicated ladies who strive to have fun and ride. We are a very diverse group of women of different ages, backgrounds and professions who work together to make our events worthy and enjoyable. It does not matter how you ride (solo or co-riding) as long as you love riding. Safety, while having fun is a priority. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We build on the experiences and successes from previous years and previous officers. No idea is a bad idea and we hope that all ladies interested will participate and join our wonderful group.
